Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Philippine Time)

Compensation: USD $1000

We are a venture capital advisory firm based in London, UK. Our services, include digital courses, a weekly fundraising newsletter, and personalized coaching. We provide value by imparting essential fundraising skills and investor engagement strategies to startup founders ranging from Pre Seed to Series B. To date, we have helped founders raised over $350 million for their companies.

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for LinkedIn DM Management and CRM Management.The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a Virtual Assistant for US or UK based companies.

 

Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Management

  • Prospect Qualification: Engage and qualify inbound prospects in DMs, gradually taking on more responsibility for DM conversations using a conversational tone of voice.

  • DM Openers: Craft and send personalized openers to new followers and those who engage with content.

  • Sales Call Scheduling: Over time, transition to managing most DM interactions, including scheduling sales calls, with intervention only in complex cases.

  • Connection Requests: Send targeted connection requests to relevant individuals.

CRM Management

  • CRM Monitoring: Consistently monitor and update the CRM for follow-up actions.

  • Conversation Tracking: Maintain a log of DM conversations, identifying those needing re-engagement.

  • Metrics Collection: Collect various sales-related metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years as a Virtual Assistant, with experience directly relevant to managing LinkedIn inboxes and effective DM conversations.

  • Proficient in using a CRM for task management and communication.

  • Demonstrated skill in setting appointments and managing follow-ups, with an emphasis on effective DM conversations.

  • Adept at having casual, human-like DM conversations.

  • Excellent English communication skills, especially in writing, for engaging and personable interactions.
