Senior Legal Consultant

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Position: Senior Legal Consultant
Sector: Law practice
Start Date: April 2024
Duration: Permanent
Utilization: 60-100%
Location: Zurich and remote
Salary: CHF 140’000+

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, including but not limited to, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, shareholder agreements, and employment contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assess risks and provide recommendations to mitigate legal exposure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, finance, and human resources departments, to address legal issues and support business objectives.
• Review and analyze commercial contracts to identify potential legal risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Completed legal degree (MLaw), bar admission is a plus
• Min. 6 years PQE in a law firm or in-house department
